When publishing projects in Storyline 1, I am publishing for mobile devices (i.e. saying yes to 'include HTML 5 output, use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad and allow downloading for offline viewing') and my projects are behaving strangely when viewed on my iPad - projects that work well on my Totara LMS (and viewed using IE and Chrome) stutter or stop working all together.
I have tried to remedy by downloading the app but can't get my projects to open in that either. When I click 'play' the project opens in Safari but then malfunctions. Can anyone help please?
My iPad is running iOS 8.3 and the app is up to date.
If you are loading your SCORM packages into Totara/Moodle you should leave the "use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad" tickbox unchecked as Totara/Moodle does not support this.
