I recently updated my Storyline software, and once again, when I opened it back up, a pop up box appeared and asked if I wanted to activate my software with my license key or carry on with my trial. This has happened twice before, is this normal, do I have to activate my software after every update?
The process you have described is certainly normal for me. However, when I click on activate, the licence key field is pre-populated with my key so I don't need to re-enter it each time - just click to activate and away I go again.
This is normal and expected - and as Antony said your license key should be pre-populated and you'll be able to click activate and continue as normal. If you don't have the key any longer or need additional assistance, please feel free to connect with our Support team.
