Without knowing more about where you're hosting your course or how you're users are accessing it, it's hard to say. I'd recommend ensuring everyone is up to date and following the viewing requirements listed here. Storyline will also preload you content to help prevent delays in playback as described here.
I'm happy to test it on my computer as well if you'd like to send me a link to the course and create a log in (you can use the email as Support@articulate.com - just send the password credentials directly to me, not through the email). But even on their personal computers it's important to ensure that the Flash player is up to date and that they're using a recommended browser. You could use a site like supportdetails.com to help them gather that information and share it with you to ensure everything is working as expected on that end.

Hi Ashley,
Thank you for your reply.
We host the program on Articulate Online and invite users through an invite link.
Since some people will be viewing on their personal computers, it's hard to know if they have the viewing requirements.
Any other advice is appreciated.
Thank you!
Angela
