while previewing particular slide, the progress bar appears normally . however, when previewing the entire project, it disappears. I am unable to detect the problem. Please help.
So it’s a custom progress bar that you have added to the master slides or each individual slide?
Again, if you can share the story file we can try and help you. If you don’t want to share the file on the forum then I suggest you log a support ticket with Articulate and upload the file privately to them to help you.

Are you referring to the player seekbar?
Check the slide properties panel of the slides where the seekbar isn't showing and make sure the checkbox is ticked
No, I am referring to the bar that increments depicting the the progress of
the learner. In my case it's been displayed at the top.
