Project is Invalid or Corrupt

Hi All, 

I hope this finds you well.  

I've done the research, tried the Windows explorer tips to recover the files using the .tmp file but I've had no luck.  Storyline does not appear to be saving .tmp. 

I checked to ensure that this option is enabled in Storyline and it is.  I have now rebuilt this course 5 times.  Somehow this keeps happening.  I've attached the file here.  Should I reinstall Storyline to ensure that it saves .tmp files?  

Any thoughts on ways to recover this file?  Scared to rebuild if this is just going to happen again.  I even tried sending it so Articulate Support and only received an email asking about their service with no response to my concern.  

Please help.
