I have a small project that I have 'web' published to a google Drive folder, that is shared with a corporate client. When I open story.html at my end, it works fine, but when someone on the client's network tried to do the same thing, it opened the html code and not the page itself.
Have you tried sharing the link with them versus letting them open and download from the Google drive folder? That's the way I've heard folks share it with others previously when using Google drive as the hosting environment.
