Project works online but mobile app 'Cannot Download Content'

I would be very grateful for some help. I have written many university e-lectures in storyline, but I have two that I simply can not open using the mobile app on iPads - but works fine on the same if opened in Safari and not the app. One of them is

I have uploaded the file multiple times, both as flash/html or html/flash, but neither work. 'Articulate mobile app' enabled.

Hi Caroline,

With our LMS we have actually found that when we publish with the mobile app enabled, the packages will never open on a mobile device! If we publish without this option enabled, they work. Sounds counterintuitive, but have you tried publishing without mobile app enabled?

Works for us. :)

Hi Caroline, and thanks Jen for sharing a fix!

I published the course with and without AMP, and both played on my iPhone using iOS 13.

I would look into the settings of the app you're using.
