You'll want to share with your client a copy of the .story file - and depending on how large it is you could look at transferring it to them via email, Dropbox, provide them a Flash drive.
Once they have that, they'll want to download the file to their local hard drive and then choose the publishing options that meet their Sharepoint needs (Web, LMS, etc.). Take a look at the publishing tutorials at the bottom of this page for more details.
