Hello - I would like to create a scene that I could use as a standalone piece and also use in tutorial with other related scenes. I cannot find publishing options that will allow me to publish a scene to our LMS separately from a larger tutorial. Is there a way to do this that I'm unaware of? If not, have you found any work arounds?
You can't currently publish just a scene, unfortunately. The way I've done this in the past for troubleshooting and demo purposes is to open two instances of Storyline and copy / paste the slides between running instances. I haven't tried to copy a scene from one story to another but it should work.
The other way to do this is by importing just the scene you want into a new Story and publishing that. Extra steps, yes. Only way to go for now.
