Publish Course another user created in Articulate Storyline 2

Hello,

I receive an error message when publishing a course created by another user no longer with the company (see attached). The course was previously published to Articulate Online and we are currently using the course via link. I am just wanting to publish the content to a CD. I was successful with one course but now consistently receive an error.

I have:

• moved the course from the shared drive to my local drive (C:)
• opened the course from my local drive and Saved As with a new name
• tried to publish multiple formats (Web/CD) 
• un-installed and re-installed Articulate Storyline 2 and un-installed and re-installed Adobe Flash Player found in this recommended solution https://articulate.com/support/article/unexpected-or-erratic-behavior-in-articulate-storyline-2

Any advise or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
