Story file crashing while previewing or publishing to Review 360

I'm sorry you're having this issue with Storyline crashing! I hope you didn't lose much work! Storyline acting this way could be for a variety of reasons. Anything from a custom font to firewall issues to anti-virus software can cause this. Would you be willing to share your file with our Support Engineers privately in a support case?

Deleting the content of the temp folder fixed it for me:

C:\Users\username (i.e. your name)\AppData\Local\Temp\Articulate\Storyline
