I am developing trainings for tablets and when I publish the training to the tablet it shrinks alot. How do I get the player on the tablet to fill the screen. The Tablet is a Samsung Android. I have tried to change the player settings and they change the player on the pc but not on the Tablet. I attached an Image. Any advice.

I suspect you are running into the same issue outlined in Flaw in Storyline's implementation of iOS html5.
Essentially, you can't force a viewport size for mobile with Storyline. It will always scale.
