Publish into microsoft word

• Is the Storyline file saved to your local hard drive or a shared network drive?
• Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? 
• Does this happen when you publish any Storyline file to Word, or just this file in particular?

Yes, file is saved in OneDrive
And I have the latest version
Don’t know if its only my file.

Ah, that could be the culprit, Casper! Working from a shared network drive is known to cause problems--instead, place a copy of the file on your local hard drive, and work from the local copy.

Let me know if that fixes the trouble you were having with publish to Word!

Good news
I tried restoring to default on file block setting in word trust center and that worked, so now I can publish to word.
