I have a course that has both a review game and a final quiz. When I publish for LMS I have it track the results slide from the final quiz. People that don't pass the review game are not able to get complete on the course. When I go back into the course, it always says track the results slide from the review game. I have changed and saved it multiple times. Any ideas what might be going on?
In an effort to correct this I deleted the game results slide, replacing it with just a congratulations slide, since I previously had the pass percentage set at 1%, but now the game gets stuck after the first question. I'm back to not understanding what "submit interaction" does. I'm stuck.

If you're tracking your project by a result slide with a pass percentage, successful completion is passing the course. If you wish to track both, this is dependent on your LMS, but this information will help:
For your second question, not understanding what "submit interaction" does, this is for graded questions and they will be submitted to the results slide, which you mentioned deleting.
Do you have the same questions pointing to two result slides?
Did you duplicate the result slide and the variables for each are the same?
What version of Storyline are you currently using?
