I have completed a tutorial in Storyline and published the content. However, when the story.html file is extracted from the published folder, and viewed in the browser - I've used both Chrome and IE - there are several pages that are covered by a gray square. I've attached the published folder in hopes that you will be able to assist.
I'd very much like to send you a full copy of the file, but at nearly 60MB, the .story file is too large to attach, and I can't attach the published folder. Please advise if there is another way you may view the published content.
I didn't see any attachments here - but if you'd like to share your .story file with us you can send it along here. You'll want to check that you're testing your published output within the intended environment, as described here, and you'll want to load all the publish files to your web server or LMS, not just the story.html file.
