Published SL2 course freezing or lag on tablets?

Hi Hero's,

I am experiencing issues on (Samsung) tablets with a published course on - the course works without issue on my PC and the external developer reports no issue at all on tablet testing their end.

The issue seems to be intermittent and quite random - in scene interactions work fine the issues seems to be with moving to the next slide - which is currently set to user.

 

I have read some earlier threads on similar issues - someone reported a Storyline setting to 5 second duration regardless of timeline..

Any suggestions would be great - I am really frustrated as is the developer and our users...

Hi Natalie!

Articulate Storyline preloads published content in a specific order to make playback of your courses as smooth as possible. See this article for details.

How are you publishing/sharing the content? Are you able to reproduce in another environment or is unique to your particular environment? You could test in SCORM Cloud if publishing to LMS or Tempshare if publishing for web.
