I need to publish two eLearning courses in video format. I am aware that the interactivities wont work in video, hence adjusted the required triggers and timelines. While one course was published and converted to video successfully, the output folder of second course always shows as empty for some reason, inspite of republishing it multiple times.
Please help me to get a solution as it is an urgent client deliverable

I don't see a support case opened by Shruti on this subject, but I'm happy to help! When publishing a course to a video file, we suggest that you work on a local hard drive.
