This thread is a bit older, and I don't see where Ginny shared her file - are you able to provide us with a sample .story file that is showing this behavior?
Sorry you've run into this odd behavior too! As with the other folks in this discussion I'm happy to take a look at the project file and do some testing. Can you upload your .story file here and let me know what version of Storyline you're using?
The answer to the problem was that the background slide color from the player was showing through because I used transparency on the slide. Take a look at this post that shows how to change the slide background setting in the player to white. Once I did this, the slide had the yellow color I wanted.

Hi Ginny and welcome to Heroes!
Are you able to share your .story file with us here so that we can test publish it as well?
I'm experiencing the same issue.

Hi Ashley,
I finally figured it out. Many thanks!

Happy to hear it Amy - and just as an FYI when you reply via email your signature is included. You can edit the post to remove that information.
Again, many thanks, Ashley!
Happy Holidays!
Happy Holidays to you as well Amy.
What was the solution to this problem? I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago.
Thank you
I'm so sorry, Nancy S. This was so long ago, I can't remember the issue. I'm guessing someone on the staff would be happy to help! Good luck with it.
