Publishing Error

Hi Everyone,
When I publish a storyline file that was transferred from SL2 to SL3 recently, I keep getting a publish error (see attached).
I have physically opened a new SL3 project and imported the file to make sure that it is nothing in the publishing settings that is causing the issue, however it is still coming up with the same problem.
I have removed the background image (just in case) and made sure that the publish settings married up (SCORM and Course Title).
Any help would be greatly recieved.

I'm sorry to hear you're running into this error when trying to publish your course! I've opened a case on your behalf with our support engineers to do some testing and provide more insight into why this error is coming up!
You should receive an email containing an upload link to share the original .story file for our team to look into!
