Publishing for mobile - issues!

I have created some quizzes in Storyline 2 however when my client has uploaded to their LMS they can not view on mobiles devices. When they try to access it they  just get the  “loading wheel” for a couple of seconds and then it is just a white empty screen.

 When publishing I ticked the boxes for 'Include HTML5 output' and Use Articulate Mobiles Player for iOS/Android'. And I chose the SCORM 1.2 LMS option.

Any ideas as to why this is not working would be much appreciated!

Hi Hannah!

Would you be able to test the content in SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior?

Also, if you need the content to be tracked in your LMS and you are not publishing to Tin Can API, you may want to re-publish and not use the Articulate Mobile Player selection. You can check out our documentation here.
