I have built an assessment in Storyline 2. It is setup that after 2 fails the assessment locks up and the end user must contact an admin to reset it.
This all works great except that the assessment, instead of remaining on the end users LMS learning plan, gets marked as complete and is moved to the LMS history plan.
Is it something in the publishing process I am missing? (The exact same assessment built in Storyline 1 had worked peferect.)
We track the course as pass/fail. That is how it is set up for publishing in Storyline 2. When it is created in Storyline 1 all works well.
Can't figure this one out.

Welcome to the community. This may have something to do with the way you are tracking the course, Complete/Incomplete, Passed/Failed, etc.
You could test this in the SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same results. This is the industry standard for testing content.
We track the course as pass/fail. That is how it is set up for publishing in Storyline 2. When it is created in Storyline 1 all works well.
