When I publish my project, I am getting an image corruption on two of my slide layers. There appears to be a section of an image from the base layer that is showing on three of my layers. I have saved it in a new file and published it to a new folder. This corrected one of the layers, but not the other two. What could be the cause of this? I am using Storyline 2.
Yes I do. All are set to hide the base layer and to pause the base layer timeline. I think I have it figured out. There was an issue with a trigger that was causing the problem.

Do you have the slide layer properties set to hide the base layer?
