The past couple of days, I've noticed that when publishing Storyline to Word, the size of the screenshots is significantly smaller. The "large" screenshots used to be about 4.5x6 and now they are 2.5x3.5. Has anyone else been noticing this, or is there a fix available? Thanks!
Looks like you're publishing with the Screenshot size set as 'Medium', just change that to Large and you'll see the images at the 4.5 X 6 you are expecting.
These are the large size screenshots. When I set it to medium the screenshots are even smaller. This is the issue - that the large screenshots are not the size they used to be for me. Thanks!
So I looked up to check whether my computer was at 96 DPI and it was not, so I changed it. When I saw what 96 DPI looked like (everything was so small), I realized it has never been set to 96 DPI before but I have still never seen this problem!

Hi there, Kim. I did a quick test with large screenshots in Storyline 360, and my slide images came in at 4.5 x 6.
Can you let me know what version of Storyline you're using? Go to the Help tab > About Storyline.
If you'd like to share your .story file, I'll give it a test on my end too!
I am using Storyline 2. I have a test file attached. Thanks!
Thanks Kim - could we also see a copy of your published to Word output? That .doc file would be good to compare to what we're seeing as well!
Sure, a Word version of the test Storyline is attached. Thanks!

Oh no! I thought I found a way to replicate, but seems not.
Are you using Storyline 2 at 96 DPI?

Hi Kim,
Did anything else change in your Windows environment that could have impacted the DPI and how it was displaying before?
