Just publishing my 2nd course in Storyline and it looks like it starts to generate slides for a split second, then the window closes and goes back to the publish window.
Are you publishing locally? To a network? Would you be able to replicate the issue for us using the screencast tool in our case submission link so we can see exactly what's happening? Thanks!
I was publishing locally to a folder on my C: Drive but apparently Storyline didnt like that. It kept reverting to the My Articulate Projects folder. I let it publish there and it worked. I copied and pasted the files to where I usually keep them. Odd. Thank you for responding!
I am having the same problem... If the web object is a picture... no problem...if the object is an HTML interactive applet, the cycle starts, but stops before the publishing is complete.
The frustrating part was it was working fine a few days ago.... I have tried rebooting.....
Sorry for the trouble. Sounds like something we'd be happy to take a closer look at. Mind opening a ticket and sending us your .story file so we can help troubleshoot this? Thanks!
How large is your file? Are you able to successfully submit in a different browser, by any chance? If it'll make it easier, you can open a ticket first and send your file later, directly to the engineer who takes your case.

I'm having the exact same issue and will use the case submission tool so you can see it. I know this is not how SL is supposed to function!
Thanks, Holly. We'll look forward to helping get it resolved.

I tried to send sample files, but the icon on the submit button kept going around.
