If you're still having difficulty after checking into that article, can you please share a bit more about what difficulties you're encountering when trying to test your Storyline 2 content within the Articulate Mobile Player for Android?
You'll also want to make sure you're using a supported version of Android as detailed here.

Here is info on how to publish for HTML5, incl. options to publish for use with the Mobile Player app.
