I am pretty familiar with Storyline and on my newest project, I cannot see the file when I preview after publishing to LMS. When I try to preview the file, the stage opens in my browser, but the wheel just keeps spinning. There is no actual preview. I would like to send this out to people for review, but I cannot get it to work. Any suggestions?
Sorry you're running into trouble. It sounds like you may be previewing your your published file locally, which can sometimes cause problems like these.
Since you need to share the final product with reviewers, try this:
If you have Storyline 360, publish to Articulate 360. Then you can send a URL to the reviewers, and they can leave comments to easily share their feedback in a snap!
If you have other versions of Storyline, publish for Web. Then upload the output file to Tempshare, and share the URL with the reviewers.
