Publishing to LMS - Storyline output is read-only, being used by another process

I've read a lot of problems with publishing to Word, but haven't seen anything on publishing to LMS.  Yesterday, I published this exact module doing the exact same thing, but today this error is happening while trying to update the module.

Output Read Only

I've followed the same suggestions I've read on here, where I'm publishing it to my personal drive for Articulate.

I'm not sure what else to do, since I'm following the same exact steps as I've been using prior.  Any suggestions?

Hi, Jerusha! Sorry you keep hitting that error message.

Could you send the file over to our team to test? We can try and publish the SCORM output for you, and then we'll investigate why it isn't working well on your side.

If that works for you, you can upload your file privately to our support team here. We'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting.
