Hi Kate! Thanks for reaching out. We're seeing some trouble in Storyline 360 where publishing to video won't work when you're using an Exit Course trigger.
I'd recommend deleting the Exit Course trigger temporarily for the publish to video to render. Then, you can add that trigger back in for other types of publishing formats.
Thank you so much - that worked a treat! Wonderful to have so much support in the community
Regards
kate

So glad that Alyssa was able to help you out here, Kate.
It looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
The video worked a treat and I was able to insert it into my Rise course so easily. And thank you for the tip on removing email signatures - I wondered about how to do it - now I know
I am trying to publish my file to video so it can be used offline in some of my more remote locations it gets to a certain point and says its too big but I have done this with other files
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into when publishing your course.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Hi Kate,
Great news! We just released another update for Articulate 360 and included a few important fixes that you'll see in the release notes here.
The item you'll be interested in is:
Publishing a project as a video failed when there was an exit course trigger on a slide less than five seconds long.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.
Please let us know if you have any questions, either here or by reaching out to our Support Engineers directly.
