Does anyone have the best way to publish to video from Storyline? Best settings for quicker processing? I only have 4 slides with mostly text and it is taking over 4 hours and process still not complete. I am on a high-speed network. This seemed to happen after an Articulate update. Thank you
You mention being on a high-speed network. Are you trying to publish over the network? If so, I suggest you try publishing directly to your PC.
If you have been trying to publish locally and it's taking that long, there's something else going wrong. In that case, I suggest you contact Articulate support directly. You can do that here: https://articulate.com/support/contact/case
Robin, something else to check are any navigation triggers on the slides. For example, if the last slide has a trigger to jump back to the first slide, the processing may get stuck in an endless loop.
