I have a quick question...I am working at a Retail company at the moment...I created all their training for them using Storyline. They now want a quick manual (i.e. a printed version of the online) so that they can complete the UAT phase of the new system testing...When I publish to word, the screenshot quality is not good at all! The screens all seem blurry! Is there a way to improve this?
What update of Storyline are you using? There were some fixes within Update 4 that provided better quality within the publish to word output, although depending on the images and such within your screen, the quality may still not be up to what you need and we've shared some similar examples with our Quality Assurance team.
