Hi Pauline! I'm happy to hear you'll be upgrading your courses to Storyline 3. The newer version of Storyline has improved HTML5 support, plus a host of new features!
You shouldn't see a loss in quality or functionality when upgrading your content. If you do, we'd love to take a closer look.
With your permission, we can take a look at your Storyline 2 backup file and upgrade it to Storyline 3 on our side. We'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting. If that works for you, you can upload your file privately to our support team here.
