We have developed several Articulate Storyline tutorials that we would like to incorporate into a BlackBoard course. Currently, we have the tutorials available on our website as a link to the storyline files stored on a public server. Is it better for me to just link to that same installation in the BlackBoard course, or should I upload the entire project as a SCORM package? Is anyone else doing this?
I'd suggest you keep a single copy, and point BlackBoard to the hosted course. The single copy model keeps sustainability and supportability reasonable. All changes and fixes are "picked up" across all instances...

Storyline uploaded as SCORM will work in Bb, but it's tricky to set up and the only reason to use it is if you need to track student progress in the Blackboard gradebook. It can also be problematic if you copy the Bb course. I agree with Brian that linking to the hosted tutorials is your best option.
