Question Bank issue

Yesterday, my coworker found out a bug from Storyline 2. He discovered a known bug (a.k.a "feature") with Storyline 2 when using Question Banks for testing purposes. If a learner fails the test the first time, upon retaking the test, the course will automatically set the learners score to 100 and pass them. This is a major problem when communicating with SABA and granting credit."
Please advise.

Hi Sharon
have you tested the course in Scormcloud to see if you get the same behaviour - it may be an LMS setting
Hi Sharon,
I think you're referring to the known issue here. It'll be fixed in a forthcoming software update for Articulate Storyline. In the meantime, you can avoid this behavior by copying and pasting the questions directly into your course rather than using question banks.

Alright. Thanks Ashley. Because quiestion banks is such an useful feature when it comes to having a question pool for assessment. Look forward to the next updates.
I certainly understand Sharon and we'll keep you posted here.
