I downloaded a template to use in a course, and since I did that I can't get the question creation wizard to come back when I create a new slide. It just keeps showing me the downloaded templates.
I am trying to troubleshoot a course that is not registering completed using the Vigor template result slide by creating an 'old fashioned' result slide.
That's certainly strange. Can you tell me the process you used to download the Vigor template and how you imported it into Storyline 360? Also, can you show me a screenshot of what you see when you click the Slides tab, then Results? You're saying that you're not seeing the Built In Results Slides at the top, correct?
When I imported the template I did it from within storyline, insert new slide, templates……browsed and grabbed it.
Yesterday, all I saw was the list of templates. *sigh*
Hi there Lynn! Thanks for coming back with an update! It looks like you might have attached the image through email, and I'm not able to see it here. Can you instead attach it directly in the forum thread by clicking the gray Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window?
