Questions about Creating a Multiple Question Survey
Jan 30, 2018
Hello,
I was wondering if someone might be able to assist me. I'm creating a 10 question survey within Storyline 360. For each question, the user would select a radio button to indicate they either agree or disagree with each each question. Each time they click agree that would be worth 1 point and when they click disagree that would be worth 0 points. At the end of the quiz, i'd like the results to show the number of points instead of a percentage. I'm wondering what the best type of slide question template would be best for this? I started designing it using a Likert scale template but was having a hard time figuring out how to change the results to number of points instead of percentage (not sure if that is possible). Thanks in advance for your help! Have a great afternoon :)

Hey James, I'm sure there are a few ways to accomplish this. I would use a Multiple Choice Question slide.
In the Form View of each question:
Make the agree option the Correct choice
Change Points to 1 for the correct answer
In the Results Slide:
Display the variable Results.ScorePoints
Hope this helps. Feel free to reply if you need a more detailed explanation on how to do this.
Good luck!
Thank you so much for the help Kevin! That worked perfectly :)
I had hoped there was a way to have more than one question on a slide at a time but this method will work too. Thanks again and have a great afternoon!
