Quiz Bank Reset Results Error

Greetings,
SL seems to have issue with the quiz banks.
We have a quiz bank with 50 placeholder questions in it. 5 questions are generated from this q.bank on quiz draw.
After successfully going through it once no issues arise whatsoever and it was a perfect run. The questions generated randomly and results were accurate.
Tried adding a try-again/retry/retake button manually, but every time I select reset results on the button trigger it pops up an error on SL(something like a crash report, but it doesn't actually crash).
So we tried this on another SL file with 15 questions, same 5 question-draw.
Tried adding up a try-again/retry/retake button through results slide, with reset results and jump to slide(before quiz), it didn't show an error this time.
But every time the user gets to take the quiz again through this button when reaching the Quiz-draw slide, SL freezes and loads forever. This only happens when the user selects a *correct answer*, every time a wrong answer is selected it doesn't seem to freeze or load-forever(which is undesirable, since the point of having to try the quiz again is to do it correctly the second time around).
Also, all question-slides on the question bank are on reset-on-visit.

Hi Abraham,
I experienced this issue in the December releases of Storyline 360 updates as well and reported it (Case # 01644696). Articulate Support suggested deleting and recreating the Retry button but that did not fix the problem. I have reverted back to an earlier update for the time being.

Abraham, it looks like we still need to confirm if we have a bug. Would you mind sharing your file with our support team as well? It'll help us to track what's happening and to possibly update you with a fix. In the meantime, you can try installing a previous version of Storyline, as Steve suggests above. Republish after installing, and let me know if that works for you. If it does, it'll be a good indicator that we need to fix the latest update.

I see that Robert did some additional testing and confirmed this to be a bug. He's reported it to our team and they'll be taking a look, but in the meantime, you can install an earlier version as Crystal and Steve mentioned or direct your learners to use another browser, as the error only occurred in Chrome on Windows.
We'll let you know here and in your case as soon as we have additional details.
Hope it gets fixed soon. Still not sure if rolling back to a previous Storyline version is satisfactory but as before, I will let my superiors know. Thanks again.
I am experiencing the exact same issue. Every time I try to create a trigger to reset results, I get an error report. I hope there is a fix soon.
I found a workaround for anyone else out there experiencing this: Create a trigger the review results and select your test results. Once you have it completed, select the trigger and click the edit button. Now you can change it to "Reset results" and it won't crash. . . at least, mine didn't! Good luck.

*The issue with retrying a quiz from a question bank is still open with my team.
The issue with retrying a quiz from a question bank i s caused by a new feature allowing to retry only the incorrect questions. If it's check to retry only the incorrect ones the option works fine. But without that option the course freezes during the second try.
So new feature broke the old mechanizm ;)

So sorry for the trouble you're seeing. In Update 23, we identified an issue where the published output freezes when retrying a quiz from question bank. We found this happens in Google Chrome.
As soon as we get this sorted out, we'll pass the news on to you! In the meantime, you're welcome to install a previous update to get around this issue.

Really sorry you ran into this! This is on our priority list, and we're planning to release a fix for it soon.
You can work around this bug by temporarily rolling back to Update 22. Here's how! Sorry for the headaches, and we'll let you know as soon as we get this resolved!

I tried your suggestion Rene (I think) and it didn't work. You're suggesting inserting a review button and modifying its trigger to reset rather than review? I'm really hesitant to revert to update 22 but I might have to.

Have you try to edit the trigger on the retry button.
Rather than jump to question bank on click, you change to jump to first page before question bank(smtg like the intro if you have one).
Dont directly retry to question bank.
Did that work for you using the latest Storyline build Khusairi? I ended up doing that with build 22 but I believe I have new problems as a result of reverting my software back to a November release.

A few of you reported an issue where a course could freeze or lock up when retrying a quiz from a question bank. Specifically, when viewing the content on Chrome.

Is there still no ability to have a reset button work via trigger while in a quiz bank using a Jump to Slide? Is there any work around anyone has found while using a quiz bank and having a reset button jump to the original slide?
