Hi, we have created a number of multiple choice quizzes in Articulate 2. Just wondering if you remove the success and failure layers from the results slide (because we don't require it) does it affect the completion tracking of the quiz when placed in Moodle? For some reason the completion tracking is not showing for our quizzes. Thanks, Emily
I'm new to this so I'm not to sure about it all but I think the completion of the quiz gets tracked through Moodle. It has worked previously when participants have completed the quiz (of which you can move on to the next question until you get the one you're on correct) we can see it has been ticked in the backend of moodle. I've attached two of the quizzes (Module 4 does show the tracking Module 3 doesn't) Cheers, Emily
Module 4 is set to track by a Results Slide and Module 3 is set to track by number of slides viewed and is set at 36/36. So, the user must view all slides to get a completion.
I'm a colleague of Emily's and have picked up this issue whilst she's running a briefing. You're absolutely right that the second module Em sent through is being tracked by slide however that is our content package rather then the assessment for Module 3. I have attached the module 3 assessment here and I've triple checked that all the assessment modules (quizzes) are being tracked using the Results Slide and the settings for completion in Moodle are the same for all four. The only difference that we can see is that we have removed the Success/Failure layers from modules 1, 2 and 3 as we didn't want to display them, but module 4 still has the Success layer to congratulate them on full completion. Module 4 is the only one that shows as complete in Moodle but I don't understand why not having the layers would impact the other three modules. They all work fine.

Hi Emily!
How are you tracking completion if not by results slide? Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look?

Sorry, here's the story file...
Hi Cindy!
The first thing I notice is that you do not have a trigger to submit the results. Perhaps those got deleted when the layers were deleted?
I would add a trigger to submit the results when the timeline starts.
