Hi, with the newest release of storyline we have a big big problem. Our storyline-files including a quiz, and when we publish it - on iphone it´s not possible to choose the answers - because the picture is scrolling insteadly up. I contacted the support one week ago - no answer. Anybody else, who have this problem? BW
I located your cases with our Support Engineers and it looks like you may not be receiving our replies- sorry about that! My colleague Ryan sent three responses to case #01145022- on 9/30, 10/2, and 10/5.
If you haven't already, double check your spam/junk box to make sure they didn't accidentally get filtered- they'll be coming from support@articulate.com . If you're still not seeing them, you'll need to allowlist that email address so you can receive the replies.
