QUIZ ISSUE

We had a course built in Storyline last year, our staff passed the course. This year it was mandatory again.
The staff is able to take the course, but the quiz doesn't work, and in LMS the course is still tracked as completed.
Our technical team have indicated that this issue occurs because the package in question is not compatible with the version of SCORM that used in our LMS ... "it looks like this course (like most Articulate courses) uses suspend data to store data like bookmarking, interactions, etc...it looks like it is storing more information than the SCORM 1.2 specification will allow [...] This could potentially cause issues with bookmarking and status...."
Does anyone have any idea about this??? Any help will be appreciated.

HI Zain,
It sounds like they're talking about you hitting the resume data limit as detailed here. What SCORM option did you publish with?
If the course was already completed though, it sounds like your LMS isn't resetting the course allowing the user to retake it and receive a different score.
