We have a quiz that pulls questions randomly from a question bank. Students are required to score 80% to pass the quiz, however, it only seems to record the first attempt. I can't find where this setting would be, and our LMS says it would be in the SCORM package, it's not a setting on their side. Does anyone have an idea what's going on?
If you have the retry button added to your Results Slide and it is associated with a trigger that results the result slide, then your course should allow your learners to retake your quiz until they get a passing score, unless you have their attempts limited.
I created this simple quiz to confirm this behavior for you. If resetting the quiz results using a trigger doesn't work as expected for your quiz, try testing it in SCORM Cloud to see if you get a similar behavior. This test will help isolate if the behavior is specific to your LMS.
