Quiz not resulting correct score in Moodle

Hi there. I am having some trouble with an Articulate compliance course that was created a few years ago. There is a quiz at the end of the course that users must get 100% in to pass (they are able to repeat questions they get wrong twice). However, we have found that if a user exits the course in the middle of the quiz, and returns later to complete it, they are given whatever score equals the number of questions they had completed before they exited it (even though they had returned to where they left off and finished with 100%).
The course is on our Moodle, so I am not sure if it is a setting in Moodle or something in Articulate. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be happening?

Hi Donna,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your published course in your LMS.
It sounds like the resume behavior is working as expected, which is a setting within Articulate. The scoring and ability to update the score may be dependent on your LMS.
Are you able to recreate this behavior in SCORM Cloud? If so, we'd be happy to take a look.
Hi Leslie,
I haven't used SCORM Cloud before, so hopefully I have done everything right. The scoring worked as expected in SCORM Cloud, so I assume this means it is a problem with our LMS set-up?

Thanks, Donna. Yes, if it's working as expected in SCORM Cloud, I'd recommend following up with your LMS team.
