Quiz radio buttons not working in preview entire project or publish

Please help. I have a project with pick one and text entries etc in multiple scenes.

Scene 1 quizz works fine on preview and publish

The rest only work on "preview this scene".

Not preview entire project or publish.

They were working.. and now just stopped.

The text and buttons appear but you cant select anything?

I've checked everything :-(

Thank you,

Unfortunately i cannot share the project as I am building it with confidentiality clauses in place.

I actually addressed the problem by re-buidling each quiz slide as i could not find a solve.

Then all was well.

Until all my built-in project variables disappeared a couple of "saves" later.

So i had to rebuild all the results slides.

NOW, after having checked and double checked everything, all was working perfectly.

I published.... and the quiz slides cant be used in published format again.

I am losing my mind!

 

Please please help me.

I have searched all posts and checked that  :

they are going to correct results slide

there are no additional triggers in layers etc.

Everything looks fine.......

What I have noticed is that on the quiz slides that aren't working the default previous and next buttons are in the player.

I have the slides custom set with no navigation controls and my own submit button.

Those settings apply when i preview scene and allows me to click radio buttons.

I preview entire project or publish and no click buttons, and player navigation controls are there.....

It would be helpful if you could share your .story file with us publicly here or privately in a case so we can take a closer look at your triggers, layers, and settings to see what's going on. We will delete your file from our system when troubleshooting is complete.
