I have a SL Quiz at the end of my E-Learning and keep getting feedback from some learners (not all!) that theit result shows 0%, although they have most of the questions correct. So sometimes it works correctly, other times it doesn't...
At this stage it is not embedded into a LMS but was exported with the CD option and placed on a central server for learners to access.
I'm happy to help! It sounds like this is either an issue with the Storyline project or the location where the Storyline project is hosted.
