Quiz Results

The printed quiz report in Storyline doesn't include the title of the quiz, as it does in Quizmaker.  I understand that the results slide may be taking questions from throughout a project, rather than from one quiz, which may make creating a quiz title more difficult, however, my client requires the printed result to have a title.  

Does anyone know how to produce a title, or where in the report,html file a title can be manually added?
