Quiz Review - Stall

Hi Folks - I have a quiz set up at the end of my course - with an 18 question pool. 12 to be included in the final exam. 3 of the questions are mandatory. Unlimited number of retry attempts. If the user fails and goes back to review 2 things are happening.
1- They don't always see the questions they answered.
2 - And this is the most troubling - the review process will stall out after viewing a few questions with a blank screen and 3 dots "thinking" And there is no way out of this. Please advise. Thanks.

It sounds like something has gone awry in your file – we're here to help!
