Hi, Jen -- Thanks for your question! Would it be possible for you to share the type of environment in which you are seeing this behavior? You may also want to take a look at this info and let us know if the repair steps in #2 help you find improvement.
If issues persist, you are also welcome to share your file and we will be happy to take a closer look. :)
I have definitely seen this kind of behavior. It seems unpredictable and sometimes I've noticed the text will randomly stop wrapping in one of the states and just extend to the right as a single line right off the stage. On a number of times I've had to go through each state and reset them to match one another. Is buggy to me.
Hi, Brett -- Thanks so much for sharing your experience here! If either you or Jen would have a file you can share, that would be great so we can do some further investigation. :)
I am having the same problem. I have one multiple choice answer choice that moves around and shakes. I also have the same problem as Brett with text boxes extending way past the page.
Does anyone have an answer to this...I don't want to have to do the entire test again....
Hi, Lynda -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you are having troubles as well! If you have an example of this behavior, we'd like to take a look, and if you would like to share privately, here is the form you would need to send it along for review.
Hi, Lynda -- Just thought I would stop in to let you know that your case #00847705 has been received! I will take a look and will be in touch with my findings shortly. Your patience is appreciated!
Had it happen to me 3 times today but am unable to share the content. Basically the states — usually just one of them — changes size for some reason. It often seems that one of them gets smaller than the others but occasionally one will just extend off the stage as a single line of text and the "wrap text" attribute gets deselected. This is a pretty common issue in my experience.
I took a look at the case referenced above for Lynda and we recommended adjusting the widths of the states in her file as that seemed to be the root of the issue. We did not hear back from the user though.
Do you have a file that we can take a look at Ann? I know that we have seen issue previously where the user was copy/pasting questions, changing responses, and this was creating an issue. Not sure if that sounds like the same scenario for you.

Hi Christie — Next time I see it I'll send you a copy.

Was there a resolve to this issue? I am also having issues with this. Thanks!

Sorry I didn’t get back with you. Your solution worked!

Thank you! Making edits to the states worked perfectly!
Great news as well! Thanks for the update Ana.
