I have been tasked to develop a 21 question quiz. Within this quiz there are four questions, randomized within the 21 questions, that if a user answers one or more of those four questions wrong, they automatically fail the exam.
What is the best way to approach this to create the auto fail component to those four questions?

With Storyline 2 you can use the negative number option for wrong answers and create a point penalty large to force a fail of the test.
Thanks Brent, I heard about that feature in Storyline 2, but wondering about Storyline 1.
Hello Shannon!
This might work for you. If the users must pass all 4 questions, you can set the results slide to have a passing score of 100%.
Each question you add should be set to value of 25 points, and then they must answer all 4 correct to pass.
