Quiz With Rotating Multiple Choice Answers

Hey squad,
My goal is to make a Storyline 360 project that is only a quiz. I want to have 75 questions, but randomly ask 50 questions. I am going to export it to SCORM and utilize it in an LMS. I plan on having a results page (and although I haven't figured that out fully yet, it seems like there is a lot of help on that already). I think I can figure out the above.
One thing that I have found nothing on yet: Is it possible for me to also overload the answers to each question, for instance have a multiple choice question with 8 possible answers, but randomly selecting 3+CorrectAnswer as what is shown on the slide?
I hope this is possible, and look forward to seeing what you creative people have figured out

I can see how creating this would be possible, but it will take customization! Not to worry, this community is great at helping each other build courses!
Within Quiz Questions, you can only have one correct answer. I'm eager to see if other's have achieved something similar!
I have the same issue like Max.
Especially for courses that have to be done once a year it would be great to have a set of answers which are randomly picked,
Is there a solution for this?
