I have a very simple question. I am having trouble setting the "correct" and "incorrect" layers to only appear AFTER the user clicks the "submit" button. When I set my triggers for the correct and incorrect layers to appear they appear instantly upon answering.
Thank you Phil. I just started using Storyline yesterday and did not realize how simple it actually was. I was attempting to create a trigger for every scenario. UGH... way over thought the process. Got it now. It does all the hard work for you! ;)

you should not need any triggers apart from a submit trigger on the submit button
