Quizzing summary page help

Could anyone help me figure out a scoring summary page for multiple quizzes?

I'm creating a test for students and need to know if its possible to have a summary page that shows an overall average of all quizzes in the module.

Along with the individual test averages for both right and wrong answers in each quiz.

Basically the table would look like this:

(The red x would be the incorrect scores, the green check the correct scores).

Would I create this using variables? Or would it be something else? How would I implement this?
